TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Priority will be given to those who confirmed their orders.

2. Dead buyers will be black listed and ban from future purchases.

3. We will take legal actions against fraud cases. So please do not try to fake a payment if you seriously did not make any.

4. All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.

5. We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage.

6. Strictly no meetups, unless Lady AX stated so.

7. All our prices are fixed and strictly non-negotiable.

8. Lady AX does not do refunds for items that do not fit or if the color differs slightly from our picture. (due to different monitor settings)

9. Goods sold are not exchangeable/refundable/returnable.

10. All accessories seen on the model are not for sale, unless otherwise stated.

11. Lady AX reseves the right to reject any customer or transaction, without prior notice/reason.

12. Lady AX management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

3. Wait for our confirmation email/invoice (do not transfer the money first without receiving our invoice!)
4. Make payment to POSB Savings 033-1-083-858 within 24 hours after our confirmation email has been sent out.
5. item will be sold to the next buyer if no payment received after 24hrs
